Performance Characteristics

LW500K-LNG natural gas loader is a 5-ton natural gas loader. This loader uses liquefied natural gas as fuel and uses a special natural gas engine to fully burn the fuel, reduce harmful gas emissions, and achieve significant energy-saving effects.

1. LW500KV-LNG adopts V series cab platform technology, and has the most spacious, fully sealed, micro-pressurized and other industry-leading cabs.
2. LW500KV-LNG adopts three-stage heavy-duty transmission shaft, which has strong bearing capacity.
3. Centralized control box, main power switch, GPS and other electrical components are arranged in the cab, with good dustproof, waterproof and shock resistance, and higher reliability.
4. Through the IoT intelligent operation management platform, control the equipment anytime and anywhere: understand the operation and maintenance of the equipment;
5. Through data collection and analysis, it can achieve accurate evaluation of user projects, ensure the best matching of equipment, improve user management efficiency, reduce operating costs, and improve investment returns.
6. The engine adopts Shangchai 9DT special natural gas engine, which is electronically controlled, air-cooled, and fully burned; compared with ordinary diesel engines, it can save about 600 yuan in fuel costs based on 8 hours of work per day.
7. The radiator adopts a new type of plate-fin structure, which has stronger anti-clogging ability, heat dissipation ability and shock resistance ability, and can work normally in a high temperature environment of 50oC. The heat dissipation system adopts an independent blower heat dissipation structure, which saves energy and reduces noise.
8. Adopt low-speed high-power engine (rated power 170kW), special torque converter, the traction force is over 175kN, and the power is strong.
