The CMS450 water-gas dual-purpose truck-mounted water well drilling rig can use mud drilling or air compressor drilling. When drilling, the drilling rig uses an innovative hydraulic cylinder feeding design, step-less speed management, hoisting, and autonomous drilling technology is possible. Under the weight of the drill pipe, it automatically pressurizes the hole. Depending on the geological conditions, the drilling speed can be changed.

Performance Characteristics
1. Equipped with a hydraulic main hoist with a high lifting force and step-less speed regulation, allowing for quick rope release. Lift large objects cautiously to avoid damaging the rig turntable or wellhead plate during the lifting procedure. When lowering a single drill pipe, the quick release handle can match the speed of a motorized crane.
2. The hydraulic tool hoist has a strong lifting force and a quick lifting speed, making it ideal for loading and transporting tools, drill pipes, and other accessories. It may also move up and down with the use of ground anchors during drilling, making loading and unloading the drill pipe very convenient.
3. There are four hydraulic outriggers and two mechanical outriggers on the rig. Each hydraulic outrigger cylinder’s piston rod is threaded and secured with a lock nut. The cylinder can be locked with the lock nut after the rig has been leveled. The chassis will not become unstable if the cylinder blows out in this manner.
4. The auxiliary rod unloading cylinder on the drilling rig is used to push the turntable’s ratchet teeth, remove the first thread of the drill rod joint, and then reverse the unloading rod to the turntable to prevent the impact force from harming the rig gearbox.
