Common sense of wheel loader maintenance

1. Suction oil from the top of the torque converter
Problem causes:
Variable speed valve air control valve stem “?”, air leakage, hydraulic torque converter oil return filter blocked, internal oil circuit of the hydraulic torque converter or oil circuit of guide wheel seat is blocked, the oil circuit from the torque converter to transmission Oil return line is blocked.
Method of exclusion:
Replace the “?” ring of the air control valve, clean the oil return filter element or replace the filter element, clean each oil circuit or replace the guide wheel seat, and clean or replace the oil pipe.
2. There is abnormal noise in the hydraulic torque converter
Problem causes:
If the connecting teeth of the torque converter are broken or the rubber teeth are damaged, remove the elastic connecting plate of the torque converter, the gear shaft or bearing damages the 30th floor 30D torque converter, the spline of the main drive shaft does not match or the clearance of the universal joint bearing is ample.
Method of exclusion:
Replace the coupling wheel or rubber teeth, replace the elastic connecting plate, replace the main gear and driven gear or bearing, and readjust or adjust the gap.
3. The whole machine works normally, the output power is insufficient due to high oil temperature, and aluminium foam appears in the gearbox oil
Problem causes:
The oil return filter is blocked, the mechanical oil radiator is blocked, the oil return line is not smooth, the bearing is damaged, and the three wheels of the torque converter are worn.
Method of exclusion:
Clean the filter element or replace the filter element, replace the radiator, clean and dredge the oil circuit or replace the oil circuit, replace the bearing, replace the three wheels and adjust the clearance.
4. Low or high gear
Problem causes:
The gap between the control parts is too large or the adjustment lever is not adjusted properly, the sliding sleeve and the high and low speed gears are worn, the engagement is too low, the gap between the high and low speed gear sleeve and the output shaft is too large, the shift fork is deformed or the positioning spring of the shift fork shaft is damaged.
Method of exclusion:
Adjust the clearance of each associated tie rod, replace damaged sliding bushes and gears, replace gear bushings and adjust clearances, replace or repair shift forks replace springs.
5. Increase the hydraulic oil in the gearbox and reduce the hydraulic oil in the working hydraulic oil tank
Problem causes:
The oil seal of the working pump or steering pump is ageing, and the axial clearance or radial barrier of the working pump or steering pump shaft is too large.
Method of exclusion:
Replace the work pump or steering pump oil seal, repair and check the oil pump or replace the oil pump.
6. Less hydraulic oil in the gearbox, more hydraulic oil in the working hydraulic oil tank
Problem causes:
The oil inlet filter of the working oil tank is blocked or the suction pipe of the oil pump is blocked.
Method of exclusion:
Clean or replace the oil inlet filter, and replace the oil pump suction pipe.
7. After the gearbox is in neutral or in gear, the shift pressure is low and the whole machine is weak
Problem causes:
Insufficient transmission oil in the transmission, clogged transmission oil pan filter, damaged travel pump, low volumetric efficiency, improper pressure adjustment of the pressure reducing valve or inlet pressure valve, aged or severely bent oil suction pipe of the travel pump.
Method of exclusion:
Add hydraulic fluid in transmission to mid-oil standard at idle, replace or clean filter, replace the walking pump, readjust pressure to the specified range, and replace oil lines.
