The XM2005K asphalt concrete milling machine is used to repair asphalt concrete pavements and is primarily used to excavate and renovate huge portions of highways, city and town roads, airports, goods yards, and parking lots, among other things. It can eliminate the pavement’s upheaval, oil wave, overlapping curve, track, and other features; it can also excavate the pit slot and grooves, and it can be used for cement pavement napping and surface course milling faulting. This equipment has a high working efficiency, a simple building method, and it’s simple to control the milling depth. It’s also easy to operate and maneuver, and the milling materials may be recycled directly and broadly.

1. 447kw high-pressure common rail EFI engine (optional 470kw engine), optimized power torque curve, can adapt to the milling needs of different media and different depths;

2. The engine’s three-speed milling technology is adopted, which can adapt to the best working condition of the engine from roughing to thick-layer milling, with the highest efficiency;

3. The intelligent temperature control cooling system with independent monitoring of water temperature, oil temperature and intercooler is adopted to reduce starting resistance, fuel consumption, noise pollution, and power loss;

4. The 18mm inter-knife milling drum is arranged with the fourth-generation quick-change tool holder, which has lower cutting resistance and better trimming effect;

5. Equipped with the overall quick release system for milling drums, which can support the replacement of 6×2mm fine milling drums and 15mm inter-knife milling drums to meet the needs of different working conditions;

6. Using a 630-displacement motor, the conveying speed is increased by 20% compared with the previous year, and the waste carrying capacity is stronger; with the function of instantaneous speed increase of 2s, the instantaneous carrying capacity of the belt is as high as 500m³;

7. A new generation of customized imported pattern belts, with reduced pitch, smoother discharge, and higher reliability;

8. The walking system adopts stepless speed regulation to achieve 0-6km/h walking, and the maximum walking speed can reach 6km/h when moving around in a small range;

9. It has four steering modes (front-wheel steering, rear-wheel steering, turning, wedge), with good maneuverability.
