Performance Characteristics

1. In comparison to regular products, high-power air conditioners are installed in the driver’s and operator’s cabs, the condenser’s heat transferring area is increased by 75%, the compressor’s displacement is increased by 20%, and the refrigeration effect is improved by more than 25%, meeting the requirements of T3 working conditions.

2. The oil port of the radiator’s layout mode is optimized, the heat radiating area of the core is increased by 50%, the hydraulic oil radiator’s radiation power is increased from 10kW to 18kW, and the permissible ambient temperature exceeds 55°C, meeting the requirements for high-temperature operation.

3. The seals on key hydraulic components such as the hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, extension cylinder, jack cylinder, steering boosting cylinder, elevating cylinder, and telescoping cylinder have been upgraded to high-temperature resistant silicon rubber lip seals, resulting in a 10% increase in working efficiency.

4. The protecting ply of the wiring harness is produced according to QC/T29106-2004 Technical Conditions of Automobile Low-voltage Wiring Harness, the heat-resistant temperature is increased to 105℃, corrugated pipes are added for protection, and protection class of plug-ins is IP67. The service life in high-temperature operation exceeds 15 years.
