Power System

Walking Motor: Utilizes upgraded dual-motor integrated driving technology, featuring high motor torque, fast response, and more intelligent and efficient control. The integrated dual-motor rear frame layout effectively reduces the number of high-voltage cables and water pipes at articulation points, ensuring high reliability. A safety guard plate is equipped at the bottom of the motor, easily handling various harsh working conditions. The entire machine features FNR forward and backward shifting operation, making gear shifting convenient and quick. The motor adjusts its speed in real time according to the throttle opening, achieving stepless speed regulation.

Drive Axle: Employs a self-made reinforced drive axle with an optimized axle housing design and increased cross-section, improving load-bearing capacity and bending resistance by 10%. The wheel rims utilize a four-planetary gear structure for even load distribution, allowing for greater load capacity and better suitability for heavy-duty conditions. The front axle uses a 6-ton drive axle, further enhancing its suitability for heavy-duty operations. Positioning pins are added to the drive axle mounting to distribute the impact load on the bolts, improving bolt reliability. A three-section heavy-duty drive shaft is offering leading reliability.

Hydraulic System

Utilizes a dual-pump confluence quantitative hydraulic system with fully pilot-controlled operation, ensuring precise and easy operation. Equipped with an FNR control handle for convenient gear shifting and a one-button booster for increasing hydraulic motor speed, enhancing system responsiveness and improving work efficiency. Features a sensor-based steering system for precise control. Employs internationally standardized sealing to effectively prevent leakage.

Electrical System

The machine is equipped with a 282-357kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, supporting dual-gun fast charging. The battery thermal management system is intelligently controlled by a BMS, ensuring safety and reliability. Features an LCD touchscreen that displays real-time parameters such as battery level, motor and controller temperature, motor speed, and battery temperature. Employs fully sealed connectors for significantly improved dust. And water resistance; and features an integrated, enclosed fuse box for easier and more efficient inspection and maintenance.

Maintainability

Features an electrically operated rear-hinged hood with an opening angle of up to 65°. With the hood open, the multi-function controller, battery management system (BMS), water-cooled unit, battery, PDU fuses. And other components are all easily accessible for maintenance.

Versatility

Equipped with high-discharge, side-discharge, clamping, buckets with capacities ranging from 2.5 to 5.0 m³, and various work implements to meet diverse operational needs.
