Description

Product Introduction

The XCA1200 1200-ton all-terrain hydraulic crane 360 swing adopts an 8-segment single-cylinder bolt variable section telescopic boom. The new jib design has two operating conditions: one is a 4-segment boom with an independent boom head, and the other is an 8-segment boom with a capacity of around 2MW wind power installation. It can also be equipped with a tower boom, which considerably improves the crane’s overall performance.
Full steering is achieved by using a 9-axle chassis, an X outrigger structure, and an adaptive travel and brake system. The boom may be moved on its own. The unique jib self-assembly and disassembly technology can increase the efficiency of operations.

Remarks: This product is continuously improved with the progress of technology. The difference between the parameters and structural characteristics listed above is subject to the actual product.

Performance Characteristics

1. It is primarily used for the installation and maintenance of wind turbines with a capacity of 2.0-2.5MW. It’s also appropriate for lifting operations on bridges, high-rise structures, and petrochemical development.

2. The world’s first dedicated wind power jib head is used. During heavy load jobsite transfer between wind turbines, boom and jib can be transported, and no assistant vehicle is required for the transition from operation to jobsite transfer configuration.

3. An independent heavy-duty suspension system with a single cross arm is used, with a minimum ground clearance of 530mm to meet jobsite transfer requirements in mountainous terrain.

4. The crane’s modular design allows for flexible conversion between the wind power and normal versions, making it ideal for a larger range of applications.

5. The ground-breaking 6-axle mechanical drive is combined with a G1 hydraulic drive with a huge speed ratio, resulting in a spectacular 7 axles driven by double-power.

  • All relevant spare parts for the XCA1200 1200-ton all terrain hydraulic crane 360 swing are available.
