Performance Characteristics

1. Use the mature lithium iron phosphate battery pack in the industry to provide power for the whole machine. The endurance of the reach stacker is 8-16 hours, and the endurance of the stacker is 10-20 hours.

2. Using 300kw national standard DC charging pile for charging, double gun charging, the charging time of the front stacker is 1.5 hours, and the charging time of the stacker is 1.3 hours. The charging pile is an outdoor all-in-one unit with a protection level of IP55. It is not charged during non-charging period, and has anti-collision, waterproof, and anti-rolling functions. One charging pile is enough to meet the charging needs of 3-4 vehicles.

3. The pure electric reach stacker adopts a multi-motor drive scheme, one direct-drive driving, one driving the main pump responsible for the boom pitching and energy recovery function, and the other motor driving the auxiliary pump responsible for steering telescopic and other actions. Thanks to the excellent response characteristics of the motor, the multi-motor solution can provide customers with the best operating experience.

4. Compared with fuel oil products, it can save 240,000-300,000 yuan in fuel, maintenance and other expenses based on an average of 3,000-5,000 hours of work per year.

5. The electric stacker adopts advanced gantry potential energy recovery technology. Through the detection of the control signal of the gantry falling action and the parameters of the hoisting weight, when the hoisting weight falls, the potential energy of the heavy object is converted into electric energy by the operating motor, and the battery is passed through the battery. Storage and reuse, the energy-saving recovery rate is 30-38%.

6. Using the braking energy recovery technology, through the detection of the braking pressure and pedal switch signal, when the vehicle is braking, the kinetic energy is converted into electric energy by the driving motor, and stored and reused through the large-capacity battery, saving 10% of energy.
