XS365 full hydraulic single drum vibratory road roller is an ultra-large tonnage vibratory roller for high-depth rock fill and ultra-thick pavement compaction, as well as conventional pavement compaction. 1) Engine
Equipped with Weichai water-cooled engine, large power reserve, low fuel consumption and low noise.

2) Hydraulic travel drive system
The single-pump and double-motor closed hydraulic drive system composed of electronically controlled proportional pump, double-variable motor and long-life reducer realizes full drive of front and rear wheels, ensuring that the roller has good driving performance and climbing ability.

3) Transmission system
The domestic heavy-duty drive axle has strong bearing capacity and high reliability, and can ensure that the roller can exert its maximum traction force under various working conditions. Equipped with 20-level rock-type tires, wear-resistant, especially suitable for rock compaction.

4) Hydraulic vibration system

5) Vibration wheel
The vibrating wheel is the core component of the vibratory roller.
The vibration wheel follows the four-point support cylindrical vibration chamber structure, the long-life vibration wheel design technology and the “three-in-one” extreme pressure equalization technology. According to the compaction requirements of the dam, the adaptability of the components in the vibration wheel of this product is further enhanced to improve the compaction capacity of the super-thick layered rock of the dam.

6) Electrical system
The whole machine adopts the most advanced CAN BUS bus control system in the world, with the function of fault self-diagnosis, the vehicle starts softly and stops softly, and the control system is more comfortable. Configure the GPS remote intelligent management platform to realize the whole machine positioning, remote locking/unlocking, and remote real-time recording and viewing of the whole machine parameters.
