XWF1205 asphalt fiber synchronous sealer is primarily utilized in the pavement seal layer, where it has a high base strength, a low incidence of road damage, and generally consistent minor network cracks. It is used as a wear layer for preventive maintenance to keep cracks from spreading and to extend the pavement’s service life. To absorb and disperse stress, prevent and inhibit the generation of longitudinal cracks, and reduce the semi-rigid base layer due to temperature changes, or as a bonding stress absorbing layer between the old asphalt surface layer and the newly paved asphalt pavement or between the new subgrade base and the asphalt surface layer. Changes induce transverse cracks.

4 shear boxes, 32 groups of shear units, can cut glass fiber into three lengths of 3cm, 6cm and 12cm. The incorporation of fibers improves the bonding performance of the asphalt mixture and effectively improves the wear resistance and high temperature stability of the pavement.

The high-viscosity asphalt pump can be adapted to the spraying of various asphalts; the nozzle cylinder can be controlled one by one, and the width can be adjusted at any time during the spraying process; the maximum width of stone spreading is 4m, which is suitable for the construction requirements of various grades of highways.
4. Intelligent control, fast construction
