Product Introduction

ZM-TT3 drummed asphalt melter is mainly composed of a de-barrel box, barrel-placement platform, the integrated device for turning barrels and barrels, heat-conducting oil heating system, and electrical control system.

The asphalt de-barrel equipment is divided into two sets asphalt de-barrel heating and asphalt heating. The heating part of the bitumen de-barrel is located in the bitumen de-barrel chamber, and there are heating coils around it. The heating tube and the asphalt barrel mainly exchange heat by radiation. The asphalt heating system mainly relies on the heat transfer oil to exchange heat with the asphalt through the steel pipe and continues to heat the asphalt released from the barrel. Bring the temperature to the pumping temperature.

After the asphalt reaches the pump suction temperature, start the asphalt pump, and through the asphalt pipeline system, it comes out from one end of the de-barrel chamber and is driven into the other end of the de-barrel chamber for circulation. Pump into the asphalt storage tank after no moisture. In the asphalt pipeline system, a filter device is installed to automatically remove the barreled asphalt slag.

The asphalt de-barrel equipment barrel is placed on the platform, and the barrel is turned over to the landing gear by the downward pressure of the oil cylinder. Enter the barrel removal chamber through the rotation of the landing gear.
