1. Check the oil volume of the dump truck

Park the dump truck on a level ground and check the oil level with a vernier. If the oil level is lower than the (L) position, add the specified type of oil. After refueling, the liquid level should not exceed (F) level.

2.Dump truck engine coolant level inspection

When the dump truck engine is hot, please do not open the radiator cover to avoid being scalded by splashed coolant or high-temperature steam. With the engine cool, check the coolant level, it should be between full and low. If the coolant drops rapidly, check the cooling system for leaks or take it to a service station.

3.Check the brake fluid level of the dump truck

 If it is between high and low, it is normal. If the brake fluid is near or below the lower limit, there may be leakage or excessive brake shoe wear. It should be repaired at the service station in time. When adding brake fluid, use the same size to prevent damage to the cup and protect the paint from corrosion.

4.Clutch master pump liquid level inspection

Make sure the clutch fluid level is between high and low.

If it is lower than the standard line, the master cylinder or slave cylinder cup may be damaged. If shifting is difficult or impossible with the dump truck engine running, go immediately to the nearest service station for an inspection.

5. Inspection of dump truck batteries

Make sure the electrolyte is between the upper and lower limits. If near the lower limit, add electrolyte or distilled water to the high line. Keep the positive and negative terminals of the battery in good contact, and keep the battery clean and dry. For dump trucks that have not been used for a long time, the positive and negative cables should be disconnected for about half a month, then reconnected, and the engine should be started for about 20 minutes. If the power is obviously low, please charge the battery in time.

6.Inspection of dump truck tires

If the tire pressure is lower than the normal standard, it should be replenished in time. Maintain proper tire pressure for safe driving. Check the tires for cracks and replace them if there is a safety hazard. Choose tires of the same model.

7.Belt inspection

If the belt makes noise when the dump truck engine is started or when driving normally, it may be due to lack of regular inspection and adjustment. Adjusted to normal standards. If the belt is old, it needs to be replaced.

8.Dump truck air filter inspection

A dirty air filter can cause engine failure, increase fuel consumption, and possibly damage the engine. If the air filter is less dusty and less clogged, use high-pressure air to blow it out from the inside out, and then continue to use it. Replace dirty air filters promptly.

9.Check the spark plug of the dump truck.

 Make sure that the insulating ceramics of ordinary spark plugs are intact, without cracks or leakage. The spark plug gap should be 0.8+-0.0mm, and the dump truck sparks should be blue and strong. If any abnormality is found, adjust the gap or replace the spark plug.
