XS202J Vibratory Roller Daily Maintenance Procedures

1. Add diesel

The design capacity of the diesel tank is 240 liters, which is just enough to meet the needs of one working day under normal construction conditions, so it is necessary to add diesel oil to the diesel tank before daily work. The amount can be added.
Judging by the workload, it is normally filled up.
(1) Unscrew the fuel filler cap and add diesel fuel through the fuel gun; whether it is full can be judged according to the value displayed on the fuel gun, or can be determined according to the reading of the diesel oil level gauge.
(2) Tighten the fuel filler cap.
Note: Before working every day, fill the diesel tank with diesel oil, and use the winter diesel oil in time in winter, so that it will not thicken due to the paraffin deposition surface.
Warning: Before refueling, turn off the engine, and put the nozzle of the refueling gun against the neck of the fuel tank to prevent electric sparks. No smoking, no open flames.

2. Check the hydraulic oil level

Check the display window of the hydraulic oil level gauge. When the oil level is lower than the middle position of the window, it is necessary to add hydraulic oil in time.
Warning: Hydraulic oils of different grades must not be mixed.

3. Check engine oil level

(1) Open the rear hood
(2) Pull out the oil dipstick and check that the oil level should be between the high and low scales. If the oil level is below the low mark, add oil in time.
Note: Check the oil level after the engine stops for at least 5 minutes.
Warning: Never start the diesel engine when the oil level is lower than the “L” (low oil level) mark or higher than the “H” (high oil level) mark on the dipstick.

4. Check the water tank level

(1) Rotate the water-filling port cover about 1/4 turn, and unscrew the cover after the pressure in the water tank drops and stabilizes, check the liquid level position, and add water if necessary. When adding water in winter, it is necessary to add antifreeze at the same time. When checking the water level, there is no need to open the rear machine cover, loosen the bolts on the top water-filling cover plate and unscrew the cover plate.
(2) Tighten the water filler cap.
Note: Sometimes the water temperature in the water tank is high, you need to cover the water filler cap with a towel, and then open it to avoid the hot air from burning your hands.

5. Adjust the scraper distance

Before adjusting the scraper, stop the roller on a level surface and apply the parking brake. Check the distance between the front and rear mud scrapers and the surface of the front wheel, the recommended value is 20~30mm. If the spacing is too large or too small, it needs to be adjusted. Loosen the connecting bolts of the mud scraper, adjust the spacing and retighten them.

6. Check the vent plug

The vent plug is located on the right side of the front wheel and is used for exchanging internal and external air during vibrating operations. Whether the pine cone air plug is blocked, if it needs to be cleaned, proceed as follows:
(1) Loosen the thread and remove the vent plug, and clean it with gasoline.
(2) Put it back to its original place after drying, and cover the plastic cap.

7. Check the brake fluid level

Check that the brake fluid level should be between the high and low scales. If the oil level is between the low marks, it is necessary to add brake fluid in time. It is recommended to use the recommended grade of brake fluid.

8. Check and tighten bolts and nuts

Focus on checking and tightening the bolts and nuts at key parts. These key parts include the connecting ball nuts between the drive axle and the rim, the connecting bolts between the cab and the rear frame, the connecting bolts of the hinge mechanism, the connecting bolts of the left and right rubber damping blocks of the front wheels, etc.

In the last step, just pinch the dust container with your hands, and its lip opens to release the dust.
