  3. The hydraulic oil tank is cleaned once every six months and the oil is changed. When adding or changing the oil, avoid mixing impurities and dirt into the oil tank. The new oil added or replaced must be filtered in advance.

  1. The vibrating wheel is replaced with lubricating oil every 1000 hours. Check whether the vibrating wheel lubricating oil is leaking at any time; when checking the oil level, turn the refuelling C to the top, open the oil port, and let the oil leak until there is no leakage or less leakage.
  2. Replace the lubricating oil of the vibrating wheel during maintenance, and pay attention to cleaning when changing the oil.

  1. In addition to adjusting its operating mechanism at any time, the main clutch should also pay attention to checking and adjusting that the ends of its three release rods are in the same plane, and keep a certain gap (0.4~0.7mm) with the release bearing.
  2. When the main clutch is engaged and disengaged, it should be smooth and gentle, and no excessive force should be used. When the clutch is engaged, the clutch pedal must be returned to its original position to fully engage the clutch. To disengage, when operating, it is necessary to prevent the clutch from being in a half-clutch and half-engagement state, so as not to burn out the clutch.

Battery maintenance

  1. The battery has been used for a long time. If it is improperly used and maintained, it is common that the specific gravity of the electro-hydraulic decreases, the voltage during charging is extremely high, the voltage during discharging is extremely low, and white crystalline particles are found on the outside of the plate, forming the “battery” of the battery. The acidified battery can be restored to normal after 1-2 times of charging with a smaller current.
  2. Check the charge status of the battery pack with an acid hydrometer to see if the battery is fully charged. The specific gravity of the electrolyte should be 1.28 (15oC) when fully charged. If the specific gravity drops to 1.2, you should borrow another power source to supply the battery group charging.
  3. Under normal conditions, the generator of the diesel engine is enough to fully charge the battery, but in winter, the battery pack should be kept fully charged to avoid freezing.
  4. In order to avoid the hardening of the battery electrodes and the formation of a sulfuric acid scale, the battery should not be in a discharged state for more than 24 hours. After charging, if it is not used temporarily, it should be charged once a week until the battery fully emits air bubbles.
  5. The surface of the battery must be kept clean frequently. If there is dust or electrolyte flowing out, it is best to wipe it with a cloth soaked in ammonium chloride alcohol or a 10% ammonium sulfate solution.
