How to maintain a paver？
A paver is a kind of construction equipment mainly used for the paving of various materials on the base and surface of the expressway. In order to improve the service life and reduce the occurrence of mechanical failures, maintenance work should be done well. So, how to maintain a paver? The following is some common sense of paver maintenance, I hope to help everyone.
- The oil filter must be replaced every 250 hours, and the replacement of the first lubrication for a new engine should be performed after 50 hours of operation. The fuel filter should be replaced every 250 hours of operation.
2. If it is found that the engine exhaust smoke or the output power drops, the filter element of the air filter must be purged.
3. If the filter element has been purged 3 times or has accumulated too much dust, it should be replaced with a new product. (Note that when purging, the compressed air pressure should not exceed 5 bar, and the air nozzle should be at an angle to the cotton filter element).
4. To check the filter element for damage, insert a light bulb into the filter element, and see if there is any damage through the penetrating light.
5. Check the battery level every two weeks and add some distilled water if needed.
6. The dust discharge valve needs to be discharged every two weeks.
7. When charging the battery, unplug the electrical plug of the electronic components, connect the positive terminal first, and then connect the negative terminal.
8. The initial replacement of hydraulic oil should be carried out after 125 hours and 2000 hours of work, and then after every 2000 hours of work, but it should be replaced at least once a year. The filter is replaced with the hydraulic oil change.
9. The oil return filter and ventilation filter in the hydraulic system should be cleaned in gasoline every 500 hours of operation, and then dried and installed.
10. Check the tension of the V-belt of the engine (press between the two pulleys with your thumb, whether the slack sag exceeds 10-15mm). For the new machine, check it after 8 days, and then check it every 4 weeks.
11. For the sliding tools and shaft parts of the parts, the grease must be used for lubrication, and multi-purpose lithium-based grease is generally used.
12. For the paver drive chain, lubricate once a week and use high-quality oil with a viscosity similar to sae lubricating oil under normal working conditions.
13. Use solvent to clean the drive chain once a month and lubricate it at the same time.
14. When the paver is laying the asphalt mixture, the material conveying device and the cantilever of the screw should be filled with grease until the grease is extruded under the condition that the machine is still the working temperature and the screw rotates after the daily operation.
15. The bearing in the central drive box of the screwdriver is continuously lubricated with oil without changing the oil, but the internal dirt should be removed regularly and the amount of oil should be replenished.
16. The driving gearbox should be checked for oil leakage every week, and the lubricating oil level of the gearbox should be checked every two weeks, and it should be kept between the highest and the lowest. The initial work is 500 hours and 2000 hours for replacement, and then it is replaced after every 2000 hours of work or the lubricating oil is replaced once a year.
