Product Introduction

The LW800KN 8 ton wheel loader has a flexible and convenient dual-pump combination technology, hydraulic expansion steering, and single-handle guidance control.
The steering limit is a combined hydraulic and mechanical control limit. To prevent shock, the hydraulic control limit comes before the mechanical limit. To assure driving safety, full hydraulic wet braking, low pressure protection, emergency braking, and parking braking are all combined. It features the function of automatic leveling thanks to electromagnetic positioning technology, which decreases operator labor intensity and increases job productivity.
The clever independent ventilation system can adjust the fan speed based on the working conditions, saving energy and increasing the machine’s efficiency. The integrated lubricating system guarantees that each friction part operates normally. The vehicle has a long wheelbase and the distribution of weight is centered.

* Wet multi-disc brake and full-hydraulic brake system
It means low maintenance cost and high reliability. The wet disc brake is of full-enclosed type to effectively prevent the ingress of dirt and reduce the wear and maintenances. The maintenance works are further reduced as it’s unnecessary to adjust the brake due to wear. No adjustment is required even for a new parking brake. The wet multi-disc brake features high reliability and long life.
The brake system adopts two independent hydraulic circuits to further improve the reliability. If one circuit is malfunctioned, the other circuit can still ensure the normal functioning of brake. A full-hydraulic brake means no ingress of air and no condensate water in the system to eliminate the pollution, rust, and freezing.
